Discoveries in the Kitchen:
1. Cardamom mocha!
2. The best tool with which to make an omelet is your chopsticks. Don't toy around with a spatula or trying to jerk the pan just so; pick up one side of the omelet and fold it. Why don't my cookbooks mention this?
3. If I have my druthers, I'm never dying easter eggs again without having both brown and white eggs on hand. Brown eggs turn beautiful, rich reds and greens with a Paas dye set. In fact, the browns dye truer in color than the whites, as long as you don't try to dip them straight in the blue or purple.
Long live Diaryland!
